For almost a month, I had contractions that were pretty regular, and sometimes painful, so 4 times, yes 4, Peter and I headed to the hospital to be checked thinking that I was in labor. No luck! I was never having contractions that were progressing, and I was only 2 cm dilated the whole time. This was getting pretty discouraging, especially the closer I got to my due date! Thursday, January 21, 2010. THE NURSERY IS FINISHED! So, Samantha's room is finished! The pictures are up, and everything has been put away. Now we're just awaiting Samantha's arrival. Here are some pictures of her room. It doesn't really do it justice, but you get the picture. You'll just have to come visit when she gets here to see it for yourself. Enjoy the pictures! Thursday, October 14, 2010. Trying to catch a leaf. These pictures were taken today by my dad at his house. He slyly got his camera to catch Samantha trying to catch a leaf that was outside of the window. Then he just kept taking pictures. I thought they were cute and wanted to share them! Wednesday, October 6, 2010. So, it has been a crazy month! It has been great being in a new house, a little chaotic, but great! We have done some traveling, and also trying to unpack boxes. On our way home, I stopped in Spartanburg. At the mall to get out for a few minutes to see if she would stop crying. Tuesday, May 11, 2010. Samantha's Baptism and Mother's Day. My first Mother's Day was WONDERFUL! I know.she's advanced! It was great meeting her and we can't wait to see her at the beach!
