The past few days the media has gone crazy with news on how the chinese passengers' loved ones have reacted and protested against the news. Failing to see that the world, especially malaysians, are mourning WITH them, not AGAINST them. Then, watching the news on the crazy protest outside the malaysian embassy in beijing made me realise. Allahummarghfirlahawarhamha. Her son who is a tahfiz, and back from Madinah for a study break, was the Imam for her solah jenazah. I told gibran the story of sharifah aini today. Me: She sang lots of funny songs, as u would call it, gibran. Ohhhhhh kuda ku lari gagah beraniiii! Gibran: Oh my God. In the 90s? In the 70s even!

But that wont stop him from being the cheeky kid that he is. And abang turned 8. He got a homemade Baymax cake. And we holidayed a marvelous holiday in krabi. Ilan got a terrible tummy bug which we think he probably passed on to H and I and now everyone is back home nursing ourselves back to normality.
