My core belief is that each one of us comes to the table of life HUNGRY, TIRED, DESIRING NOURISHMENT, and OFTEN DISAPPOINTED with the lack of depth and sustenance of what life offers. I also believe that we are equally FULL OF GIFTS to bring ourselves and others, yet on the VERGE OF GIVING UP HOPE and READY TO LEAVE or DISENGAGE from life. Much of my theoretical approach is informed by psychodynamic, object- relations, family systems and emotion-focused therapy.
