I struggle with this on a daily basis. Yesterday i laid down on the couch in the playroom more out of exhaustion and pregnant body ness.but soon i had hugh and tomi cuddled up to me and we read book after book together. haven't done that in a long time. it was so great. if only i would take time to stop cleaning up the mEssY playroom and just relax and enjoy these sweet little people more. Saturday, July 30, 2011. I just dropped my precious iphone in the middle of the road! Shattered but I can still use it for now! It is so effin hot here in Utah that I got out of my car and my Diet Coke was melting away! I was so flustered with the heat that I could barely focus on anything and therefore dropped my iphone! Do you know how much it costs to replace that thing? All I know is that I am broke! People always say to me,"It is what it is! Life's a bitch and then you die! Can you keep a Secret?

August 25, 2011. These cute girls had a dance recital. Ella the ballerina and Avery my tap dancer. Avery keeps asking "when can i go on the stage again? We relaxed at Nana and Papa's cabin. Had tons of fun at the beach with LOTS. I love this beach baby. Then One very special boy who I really love got baptized. I'm so proud of my Davis and how excited he was to be baptized. It was a special day for our family. There was a lot of swimming, it really is the only way to survive the summer around here.

I LOVE it when. 1) I get to listen to the radio driving home from work on a Saturday night and it's showtunes Saturday night, Broadway music always touches my heart! 2) While driving I see the beautiful Utah mountains covered with some snow and the sun is shining so perfectly! 3) Someone says I made their day! 4) When I get a random big hug from a student, teacher, or friend! 5) I get a genuine compliment! 6) The smell of fresh popped popcorn! 8) A funny wall post makes my day!

January 25, 2012. I love winter in the desert. Saturday we spent the day up at canyon lake with family, hiking and cooking in our new Volcano stoves, Christmas presents from mom and dad. Nana and Papa are native Arizonians and taught the kids all about the different kids of cactus they saw. The "jumping cactus" really freaked them out.
