Katie and Matt's Kitchen. Our favorite recipes, all in one place! Crockpot Ham and Potato Soup. Really quick to throw together and very yummy! Can also be made without the ham (thats actually how I made it the first time and it was just as good). 32 oz bag frozen hash brown (like Ore Ida shredded has browns). 3 14oz cans chicken broth. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 15-2 cups cooked ham, diced (I didn't measure, I just used up our leftover Easter ham).

I used vanilla pudding and added pumpkin pie spice, but there is also pumpkin spice pudding you can buy (I couldn't find it at the commissary but I think Walmart has it). If you use that instead, omit the 1 Tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice. 15 cups white sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 34 oz box of vanilla instant pudding. 35 cups quick cooking oats.

This consistency of this is similar to potato soup, but the taste is a lot different! 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 large onion, chopped. 32 oz Chicken Broth. 32 oz bag frozen Ore Ida hash browns. 16 oz Velveeta, cubed. 145 oz can petite diced tomatoes. Small can diced green chilies. 3 oz bag bacon bits (the real bacon kind, not imitation), plus more for topping if desired. French fried onions for topping, optional.

Katie and Matt's Kitchen. Our favorite recipes, all in one place! This is definitely one of our favorite snack foods. The hardest part is having to wait for them to chill in the fridge! 8 oz sour cream. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 4 oz can green chilies, drained. 25 oz can chopped black olives. 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 1 cup shredded cheddar. Garlic powder and seasoned salt to taste. 5 10 inch flour tortillas. Mix all ingredients together (except for tortillas, obviously haha).

Monday, January 3, 2011. The pictures below are from the month of December. Madden's first outing this year. Breakfast with Santa at the Fire Hall. Madden was a little shy, but did not hesitate to walk up to him and sit on his lap. My little helper. She loves to sit on the counter and help. Grady checking stats with Daddy. Can you say Goober? The Eve of Christmas Eve at Grandma and Grandpa's. Grady waited patiently for Madden to get up Christmas morning. I think she finally emerged around 9.
