Look forward to spring class. Study for the GRE. Breathe. Practice quiet. Let it all just flow as it will, without judgement. Sing Read. Qigong. Meditate for quiet most days. Add a visualization journey once or twice a week. Watch movies/shows. Play games. Visit the zoo/park. Ditch the guilt. Take care of myself!

The sun is shining, I have the A/C running, my open windows are filled with the sounds of boys shooting each other with water guns in the pool. It's close to 80 degrees out there! It's supposed to hit 80 tomorrow and then drop back to around 60, where it should be. Want to give him the chance.but I don't think it's in the cards. And that.is pretty much all I've got!
