I know why ive put on - eating noodles that I thought were free so when you read the food diary dated 28th june the supernoodles are not free im not sure how many syns though. My boyfriend is extremely supportive and he actually cooks SW way now and he has lost a little weight. So all is good so far :). View my complete profile. Friday, 7 October 2011. Last nights dinner - sweet chili prawns on tagliatelle. Sweet chilli prawns on tagliatelle. Peeled and cooked prawns. 1 red onion chopped. Coloured peppers of your choice diced. The greens of spring onions. 1 tsp Peri peri powder. 1-2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (2.5 syns per tbsp). Juice and rind of ½ a lime. 2 tbsp L.F natural yogurt. I had hoped to find a video of the Eastlea school and the Philharmonia but could not. I found a video of him conducting a group of Boston youths in Mozart’s 5. Symphony, which I included at the end. The video I really liked was a TED talk he gave in Colorado I believe. You can really see his enthusiasm that comes through in his book. It was wonderful. Week 4: Comment #1.
