This is a great meal when you're too tired to cook for long and you don't want to order take-out. Substitute tofu, pork, beef, or fish for the chicken if you wish. It's great either way. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/2 cup chopped onions. 2 cups chopped broccoli. 2 chicken breasts, cubed. 1 tablespoon minced garlic. 1 tablespoon minced ginger. 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
