Words from the Pyles. Monday, November 1, 2010. We are so happy to be where we are, and I believe we are finally feeling at home. I praise God for where He has us. I pray that we will continue to see this and become the church that God meant us to be. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Watermark template. Powered by Blogger.

Words from the Pyles: February 2010
http://smithje9.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Words from the Pyles. Thursday, February 18, 2010. A new job. Yes, I started a new job, again. Okay, it is only my 3rd since graduation, but feels like a lot. I am finishing my second week at Beaver County Rehabilitation Center. I work out of the WIN Services Office in Beaver. I am an employment specialist, and what that means is I work with adults who have MR or MH and do any of the following with them: job placement, job training or habilitation. Let me say I am loving my job! Saturday, February 6, 2010.

October | 2014 | the bee's knees.
https://sarahmm.wordpress.com/2014/10
The bee's knees. Let me introduce myself…. Archive October, 2014. I love Korea’s café culture. I have come to love spending time, hours, days in cafés. Writing, thinking, working. At the beginning of this school year, my very favorite café closed, and I didn’t even get to say goodbye to the owner who knew my name, knew my favorite drink, and frequently gave me free treats. I miss Café AND, but in losing it, I have found more favorites! I marvel at the things that make me homesick. People and words fr...

The bee's knees. Let me introduce myself…. Archive March, 2015. Today, when after a student rushed to get to the front of line in class, another asked him, “Why do you always want to be in the front of the line? Jokingly, I placed my arm around the student in the front of the line and said, “He just wants to be near me.”. To this, the other student replied, “Well, doesn’t everyone? My heart melted. Fifth grade boys can be such sweetie pies. Where will I be living? Who will I be spending my time with?

The bee's knees. Let me introduce myself…. The more one does and sees and feels, the more one is able to do, and the more genuine may be one’s appreciation of fundamental things like home, and love, and understanding companionship. – Amelia Earheart. I’m moving home in June. This is a bittersweet decision to be sure, but one that I have peace about. Another Christmas at home. →. One Response to “fundamental things.”. December 12, 2014 at 8:51 am. Words from the Pyles: Fall...
http://smithje9.blogspot.com/2010/09/fall.html
Words from the Pyles. Tuesday, September 7, 2010. With this new season Tom and I are yet reaching another season in our lives. I cannot believe Tom is entering into his second year in his Master's program! God has a plan, it’s not to harm me. But it’s to prosper me and to hear me when I call. He intercedes for me, working all things for my good. Though trials may come I have this hope" - Tommy Walker "I have a Hope". Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Watermark template. Words from the Pyles: December 2009
http://smithje9.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Words from the Pyles. Monday, December 21, 2009. It's on ethics in school counseling. To top it all off, I have a test at 8am on the first day! This means, that I have to do a lot of reading over the Christmas break, so I guess it's good that I will have all that free time. Now I just have to have motivate myself to do the reading. We will see how that goes. Christmas is only a few days away, so that's exciting! I just love the time to relax with family, eat good food, and celebrate Jesus' birth! On Chri...

Wednesday, February 19, 2014. Livin' our life. and meet our new addition! Life since we last posted has not been "the norm" around here. Susan was sick this fall, and after awhile the Doctors determined her gallbladder needed to come out, and they also had to deal with an infection in her stomach. We'll spare you the details! No pictures on this subject :). In November, we went to pick out our new addition - a puppy! Nittany and his litter mates of Soft-Coated Wheaten Terriers were born on October 1, 2013.

Middletown Wagners: September 2012
http://middletownwagners.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 6, 2012. A New School Year! Both boys were excited when they found out who their teachers would be this school year. We didn't know much about Tim's 4th grade teacher, but she sounded nice from what past students relayed. I know Matt's3rd grade teacher fairly well and really like her, but he is most excited that she is a Steelers fan, like him. We are still PENN STATE PROUD here! No comments from the peanut gallery on how short I am! And Matthew isn't far behind! A New School Year!
