Apparently PETA's proposed Super Bowl ad was too hot for NBC (which also rejected an ad from the comically absurd Ashley Madison married personals website). So I had to see for myself:. Martha's Vineyard is host to "Flying Horses," the oldest working merry go-round in America. I've heard the phrase "reach for the brass ring" used to refer to making partner at law firm so many times that I forgot it actually referred to reaching for a real brass ring on a merry go-round. That is, until I actually got the real brass ring! I wonder if this means I can't make partner.

My Musings about Law School and Life. Sunday, January 28, 2007. Crossroads: It ain't just a movie with Britney. As the title might suggest, I am finding myself at a fork in the road. As I begin looking to my future, both long and short-term, there are a number of paths ahead of me. However, the main division for any law student is between private and public. This is one of the dilemmas facing me, along with a host of sub-dilemmas. Would it be wrong? I don't think so, but it does seem somewhat light.

Sunday, November 25, 2012. Last week, my father called me out of the blue and said, "I love you.". So naturally, I asked him, "Are you drunk? Turns out he wasn't. My father is attending Korean daddy school. Korean daddy school is a 12-step program at churches where Korean fathers learn to get in touch with their feelings. See this New York Times.
