Keep calm and eat cake! Monday, September 26, 2011. Last week Thursday I attended my first cooking course in Genève – making Macarons! I was a bit worried about the course for 2 reasons, 1) the course was conducted in French (and as we know my French is very limited) and 2) Macarons are notoriously difficult to perfect.
