School is a drag, but Gelato (aka pista) and I managed to slip in an early morning road ride on Sunday. The sun was coming up and there were no cars on the road.

Airline travel is so common these days, it's like taking the bus. It may be hard to believe, but there was a time when people used to travel across country on the DOG (aka the Greyhound bus). Here's my story about the DOG. Was it worth the 3.5 days sitting on my butt? It was my own personal "Travels with Charlie".

Wednesday, April 9, 2008. Ok, when I got to work, I told my coworker how much I loved his bike. He told me he talked to his buddy, Nomco, and said he's out of IRO Mark V's. Apparently he is selling more than Tony at IRO is and is getting the run around, but for me to come to his shop and see what he's gots. What about my all black stealth bomber? 160;Is it a lost dream? 160;I like the orange Angus he has but it's not drilled for brakes and I'm not a fixie nut [yet]. Well, I'll let you know what I find.

Friday, September 26, 2008. Project Hardrock SS is no longer. My wife and I just moved a few months ago from Tulsa to Washington DC. Well, the Hardrock was in pretty bad shape so I took everything part and was going to try again after the move. Just have the movers take the frame. Should be easy enough, right? Well, it's lost (but I think stolen). That was my first bike (first real bike) ever. I miss it more than I ever thought possible. I even showered naked with it! Let's have a moment of silence.
