And here is what it said:. And so I listened to 2013 Mary Rose and I ordered the Bob Evans thanksgiving feast.an entire meal for the price that I paid for the aforementioned nasty bird. And it was delicious! So what did I do with all of that free time on Thanksgiving Day? I enjoyed the guests that came for dinner.

Saturday, January 31, 2015. A Distress-ing Birthday Card. Today I have a fun birthday card to show you! My mother-in-law is a cat lover, which meant I HAD to get this stamp set from Mama Elephant stamps for all future Mom in law cards. You have to admit.those cats are seriously cute! I love the way that the cats are looking up at the sentiment, so I decided to highlight that sentiment with a fun watercoloring technique using some simple tools. Friday, January 30, 2015. After reading so many of your kind comments, I found a theme that became quite evident. I like paper crafts, but it is not my passion. I like needle art, but it is not my passion. I like house and home fluffing, but it is not my passion. Words Words are my passion. You, dear readers, identified with the words. And that makes me so happy! And the timing just feels right.

Wednesday, May 28, 2014. For the record, I LOVE my craft room. Two windows, two closets, two walls of built-ins, and plenty of space. It is perfect! Almost perfect, that is. The only problem.dark dark wood paneling. I've lived with the wood paneled room for a year now, just to see if I could learn to love it. Do I love it? We've begun the long and laborious process of priming the wood paneled walls for paint. I have to say, even with white walls it looks one hundred percent better! A painted paneled room!

Thursday, May 28, 2015. An Elephant For The Graduate! I can't believe it, but the day has come. Graduation Day! Our middle son, John, is graduating from college this weekend! We're very proud of our John! Not only did he get accepted to the top engineering school in the country, but he also managed to finish in four years. Yea! No senior victory laps for this student! Of course, I had to buy this stamp set from Lawn Fawn because of those elephants! I had to add a little something to the inside, too!

Monday, June 30, 2014. Happy Monday, cafe friends! I am recovering from Garage Sale fever! I drove to Mom's house in Michigan last week to help my siblings organize the big sale at Mom's house. I came to town armed with my usual garage sale arsenal: pricing stickers, sharpies, card stock, tape, poster board, Chlorox wipes and paper towels. And then we got to work! Well, we remedied the ketchup when we painted the front doors and dining room. The mustard room is the kitchen, and that one is still on the To Do list.
