I started my career studying architecture at Pratt Institute. Where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Architecture and then at the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Strategy

During the strategy stage of a project, I seek to get ideas "on paper". This can start with an interactive white board session with a small group. Many times we will explore a variety of ideas, the more diverse the better, and then narrow down the list. This is a very fluid part of the process and seeks to determine priorities and focus of the new application.

With the website fully built and deployed, I use a product called "Google Analytics" to track and measure user behaviors on the website. Metrics such as time on page, navigation patterns throughout the site and overall website usage can be reported on. Lastly, I can gain insights on how people find your website? Did they use a search engine, if so which one? What search terms did they use? Did they click on a paid advertisement? These observations and more can be obtained through this software.
