Going gluten free is not nearly as easy as you’d think. It’s way more than cutting out bread. There are hidden sources of gluten all over the place! I knew about things like beer and soya sauce. But in many of the premixed spices I had bought (like a mixed garlic and herb spice), included gluten as well as sugar! And while I made some fairly tasty gluten free...

Thursday, July 31, 2008. To sleep, perchance to .*sniff*.what is that funky smell? Of course…at the moment, it’s not the mattress that has me aching and exhausted from lack of sleep. It’s the husband. But before you get all *wink wink, nudge nudge*…it’s not even LIKE that! So, on that note, has anyone ever tried a Sleep Number bed? Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Detox diet and a recipe! Trying to do some sort of detox diet for the next week or two. Nothing radical or anything…like no living off nothing but watercress and grapefruit juice. But for the last several months (years? My whole life maybe? I have felt sluggish and bloated, and totally without energy. My acne is as bad as it ever was in high school, and I seem to be losing more than the usual amount of hair every time I wash it. I have to do SOMETHING. 183; processed foods.
