Ruth’s Reverie and Other Ramblings. Welcome to my world. Metaphors March 29, 2011. Filed under: Uncategorized — ruth @ 4:20 pm. I’m a riddle in nine syllables,. An elephant, a ponderous house,. A melon strolling on two tendrils. O red fruit, ivory, fine timbers! This loaf’s big with its yeasty rising. Money’s new-minted in this fat purse. I’m a means, a stage, a cow in calf. I’ve eaten a bag of green apples,. Boarded the train there’s no getting off. One Response to “Metaphors”. March 30, 2011 at 10:00 am.

There is a fine line between faith and foolishness. I wish I knew where the line is drawn. That’s one of the thoughts that has been rattling around in my head since yesterday. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to settle the rest of them down long enough to express them coherently–or even understand them myself. April 4, 2008 at 7:20 pm. Do you think that Go...

Tuesday, June 16, 2009. A great day for sure! As for the team, we couldn't be more proud of them! As for food.Oh my! We have already gone through over 6 loaves of bread, a "sams club" size jar of peanut butter, 10 pizzas, several gallons of milk and OJ, 10 lbs of taco meat, and the list goes on! It is a job in it's own to keep all the tummies full! Everyone is pitching in though, and the load is light. Hope all is well at home. We are drinking LOTS of water! God is good.ALL the time! Hi Jeff and Susan!

How can you know the difference between stepping out in faith or just being foolish? April 28, 2009 at 2:55 pm. Thanks for the reminder. 🙂. See how new I am at this!
