Learning to dive with a BSAC club is one of the cheapest ways to learn to dive, but this is not a cheap sport and it will involve spending some. It is important that these fit correctly - again please ask for advice if you’re not sure. Occasionally members have secondhand suits/equipment available for sale - check the newsletter for adverts. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us via our Contact Us section above.

Evening Dives/ Night Dives. Evening/night dives start with a few shallow shore dives, but we also take the boat out to familiar dive sites to dive them at night which gives you a different perspective on the dive, and enables you to see different marine life. Barbeques tend to happen throughout the summer, on a midweek evening, and are organised by a club member (or a group of members! We sometimes shore dive at the same time as the barbeque, but their main purpose is definitely social!

We are lucky enough to have a huge selection of boat dives and shore dives available to us because we are surrounded by coastline, and proud Cornish history of wrecking! We’re always...

Jeff is an Advanced Diver and is also an engineer. Invaluable when it comes to making and fixing stuff for the boat! Sharon completed her PADI open water qualification on a trip to Sri Lanka in 2007. Up until 2013, she was much of a "cocktail diver" (in other words: nice climate, warm seas and always.
