Inquiry Learning in Room 6. In term 1 we were learning about what Nelson Central School means to us in room 6. We invited parents to interview and created some interesting questions to ask them. Sunday, July 27, 2008. We are learning to write instructions for making things. We have been following instructions on how to make a talking card. You have to read carefully and follow each instruction otherwise you will ruin your card! Toby (Bryn's brother) said. Nice Christmas card Bryn. Can you show me how to make one? Thursday, June 12, 2008. Busy week in Room 6. We have had a very busy week this week with 2 visits out. The first was to the Suter looking at shapes and colours. Monday, October 20, 2008. Welcome Back Term 4. We have been so busy and it's only week 2! Last week we went on camp to Tea Pot Valley. The rain didn't stop us from having a great time and all the children were amazing. Here are some of the photos from camp. I will try and put some more onto slideshow later. Here are a few more photos of what we have been doing in room 6. I have been trying out a new way of loading photos but the system seems to be against me so I am reverting back to the usual way!
