Wednesday, April 14, 2010. This year we had a great Easter, especially since the Tuesday before we got pounded by a snow storm that laid a foot of snow. We still had snow for Easter, but luckily our parents home town had been warm enough it melted. This year I planted real grass in the kids Easter baskets. It was way cute and the kids loved watching it grow. On Saturday, in between conference, we dyed eggs. A few of the neighborhood kids joined in the fun. I love my neighborhood. The Archibald grand kids.

Monday, September 27, 2010. Sometimes you feel that you are a complete failure. And then you get a letter like the one I got a few days ago. Here are some back to school pictures. WOW the 3rd grade! Are you crazy? Yes, a little bit. And points are well taken. But somehow, we feel like we aren't done yet. I guess because I didn't want to have to write what I am about to write. We wanted to know everything about each other in the short amount of time we had before her baby was born. Our expecting mom ended up being induced on January 3, 2014. She asked that I be in the delivery room with her when she gave birth, and at 9:43 am.

Friday, March 16, 2012. I can not believe that she is 5 already! Time goes by so fast! Addy is out of control obsessed with Scooby Doo. She will not watch ANYTHING unless it is scooby doo. She got upset with me the other day because they do not have scooby doo panties for girls ( I have not been able to find any, that is.) So i knew she would want a scooby doo birthday party.
