This is a quick recipe for those times when you feel like eating something spicy. I don’t added red chillies as the green chilli lends a spicy touch to the dish but if it is not spicy enough for you, feel free to add some along with salt and turmeric powder. 2 - 3 medium. Potato (Cut in big pieces). Put a pan on fire. Once it starts melting add leek, turnip and carrot cut in big pieces. Continue stirring from time to time. After some time add potato. Add water when you can smell the fragrance of vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Stir well. Once cooked, remove from fire and let it cool down a bit.

Bishop's weed or Ajwain. Salt (according to taste). Red chillies (according to taste). Put 2 cups flour in a bowl. Add kalonji, ajwain, salt, red chillies, turmeric and oil.
