COM Week 4 →. June 18, 2014. Hello everyone. Welcome to week 3. This week, we were asked to read about user-generated technology and how these technologies effect our lives or if they are active in them. User-generated technology I think is used in just about everyone’s life today. There are so many sites online that fall under user-generated, as described in the readings since examples were given, such as websites for journal entries. In the chapter of. Interpersonal communication skills and a higher level of awareness for others. Was hard for my mom to learn a smart phone when she first got it. I feel like some of these questions we take for granted when we grow up in a privileged environment but it is always important to remember not everyone as had the same opportunities we have had and do not have access to some of the advanced technology that we have at school or in our homes. For starters I just have to say WOW! I do not think that the benefits of the domestic spying program outweigh the wholesale loss of individual freedom and privacy. I is unsafe to have that much information on that many individuals in one place. Over all I feel like my position against a domestic spying program is a long-term perspective of the unintended consequences. I say this because when we incur a cyber-attack because we sent one out I bet the enemy won’t come back and attack just the government’s s...

Baltimore After Dark

Wednesday, December 5, 2007. 1,067 Words of Love. I’ve been hesitant—reluctant to a point of stubbornness, really—to include the bar scene to the Baltimore After Dark series. I wasn’t particularly interested in including the club scene either, which I’m seeing was a mistake as. 8217;s scene is apparently different than anywhere else. (I had naïvely thought that every city’s clubs were just like these.). And a crowd of regulars. My heart has stayed true…to the Ottobar. I went to the. I first saw Spitalfie...
