http://somewood.blogspot.com/2009/10/somewhere-butterfly-flapped-its-wings.html
And some Wood not. Friday, October 30, 2009. Somewhere a Butterfly Flapped it's Wings. We tell them not to call us again since we can't do anything, and that we'll take care of it in the morning. We both worried about it all night long, but at least I have no idea how many times it really went off, so I can pretend it was only two. Right? So he just left us a note, as a nice little FYI. How did this all happen you ask? Hand out really big candy bars to the neighbor kids for Halloween, and offer their wal...

...and some Wood not: May 2009
http://somewood.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
And some Wood not. Saturday, May 30, 2009. I was listening to one of my favorite podcasts. This week, Planet Money, and heard them reciting Haiku's about the economy. I thought it would be fun to throw out a challenge to all of you to come up with your own Haiku about the morning. It's a much more cherry subject. If you don't have a blog to post to then just add yours to the comments. The format is a short, three line poem all on one subject. Dogs shake, baby coos. Sunny and bright this morning, at 6am.

And some Wood not. Sunday, October 17, 2010. When you become a mother you automatically are gifted with new superpowers. They are:. 1) Ability to read nighttime stories upside down as easily as if they were right side up. 2) Can function quite well on 5 to 6 hours of sleep a night when you used to need at least 8. 3) Can produce a nutritious dinner for your 2 year old in under two minutes (using the microwave of course). 7) Kisses are magic and heal all boo-boos. What mommy super powers do you have?

http://somewood.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
And some Wood not. Monday, April 27, 2009. Last week at work was kind of crazy. We had a team left the office so it was late nights and early mornings. Most days I hardly had time to eat lunch or tear myself away from the phone to go to the restroom! 160;By the time I got home each night I was so exhausted that all I had the energy for was to eat dinner and go to bed. We chatted about breakfast and went to the kitchen. OMG. 160;It was NOT 6am but 3am? See how tired I was? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
