Coconut Cupcakes (Barefoot Contessa). 3/4 pound (3 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature. 5 extra-large eggs at room temperature- We most likely won’t remember to take our eggs out in time but the cake will turn out fine with cold eggs too. 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract. 1 1/2 teaspoons pure almond extract. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. 2 sticks butter, softened. 1 pkg cream cheese, softened. 1 lb powdered sugar.

Craft will be six months old next week, and I can't figure out how that happened. Before I know it, Lilly will be starting another year at preschool.I need a pause button. These babies are so sweet,. Tuesday, May 27, 2014. I planned to blog about our beach trip and Memorial Day weekend tonight but it has been a crazy day and I just do not have the energy. Also, Craft has randomly decided to stop sleeping through the night (more on that later) and it has been a rough few nights of torture with that little stinker so I'm exhausted.
