Wednesday, September 22, 2010. My Daddy wears combat boots. Michael left on September 11th for 3 1/2 weeks of combat skills training (CST). He's been staying very busy.but has been able to call most days. All suited up - the gear weighs an extra 40 lbs! Busy day at the range. Wednesday, September 22, 2010. Monday, September 13, 2010. Monday, July 4, 2011. Cass and Jake having fun in the "big kid" pool :). Will enjoying water fun too! Peace * Love * Cassidy. Jake and Cassidy reading their "Everyday Daddy" book on Father's Day :). Our adventure to the Fort Worth Nature Reserve on Father's Day, we were in search of Daddy's favorite animal, the buffalo. Saddly we did not see any buffs.probably because of the heat! Observing the ground hog colony - they were "sooo cool". Yummy jello pudding pops! He is just getting so fast!

Sunday, May 22, 2011. So we bought zoo passes in April and finally took advantage of the amazing cooler weather and spent the day at the zoo. I had intended on only going for a few hours but a few turned into 5 in the blink of an eye! We had a blast! Playin' around in the barn. Stopped for a Bluebell treat! Sunday, August 29, 2010. A rolling stone gathers no moss. Michael is.and then just as they finally get their bond started, Michael will be leaving again. *unless by the grace of God this program gets expunged from the military's agenda*. The Y has a free membership for deployed spouses - and they offer childwatch so that will also help with my sanity and ability to lose this baby weight :) I just pray that it all goes smoothly - moving alone is far from fun - but I KNOW it can be done! Taking It All In.
