Thursday, April 15, 2010. I've (again) been horribly negligent about updating my blog. This has been the busiest and most emotionally tough school year that I've experienced. Without God, I don't know how I would have been able to survive let alone thrive (at times). I'm so glad that He is in control! On the positive side, school has been awesome this year. I truly love homeschooling and getting to know the young adults I'm privileged to raise! I have so much fun with Peter and Anne! I've begun to do Tai.

Monday, September 14, 2009. Today it feels as if we're starting the school year over. I was, let's say, a little distracted during the last week and a half! I wanted to put that extra load of homeschool. Guilt on myself this morning (you know.the "I'm not doing enough" guilt), but how could I not be distracted when I was sitting by my dear Grandmother watching her fade away? It was a blessing to be able to do this, but it was very, very hard. I find it remarkable that even with my sense of distraction.

Monday, November 30, 2009. It seems unreal to me that Peter can be fourteen. Where did the time go? People told me how quickly my "baby" would grow and I would mentally.
