I just came home from Nauvoo! It was our annual Nauvoo temple trip for my church. I had so much fun! It was my first time doing baptisms and I could feel the spirit so much! We played capture the flag on the first night there and had so much fun in our war paint and dark clothes! Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of that! The next day we did more baptisms! Well its that time of the year again when we all have to go back to school! This year I will be in 7th grade. The time has flown by so fast and this might scare some of you but in about a year and a half, I can get my drivers permit! My family has supported me throughout the years and I love them so much! My summer has been a lot of fun. My birthday was in June and I got to go to girls camp for the first time! I had a lot of fun spending time with my friends at camp Knob Noster and I loved the testimony meeting. We got to go on a 3 mile hike in knee deep mud! Tuesday, September 15, 2009. Singing for the Prophet. Jace got to sing for the prophet today. Ok, he was singing with about 300 people, but still! President Monson spoke at the BYU Devotional, and they had all the BYU Choirs combined to sing. I stood in front of the TV to see if I could see my baby, and then all of a sudden there he was, a close up right on my TV! Tuesday, May 26, 2009. In Memory of a Hero. SSGT James W. Cawley. This memorial day, I pay tribute to my hero, my brother James W. Cawley, who died in Iraq on March 29, 2003. He was sleeping by the side of the road when a US Humvee accidentally ran over him, killing him instantly. He left behind his wife Miyuki, and his children Cecil and Keiko who were ages 8 and 6 at the time of his death. In his preface letter to his son, he said this:. All my love, Dad".
