Has recently been updated with numerous pieces from old books outlining the history of the lands and their owners from all the parishes of the county, as well as some more specific local histories. In a different section of the website are to be found over 300 old picture postcards with views of many places in the area.

Kirkcudbright Choral Society - Home
KCS is an adult, mixed voice choir with over 70 members. Although based in Kirkcudbright, we attract members from many parts of Dumfries and Galloway. The choir performs a wide variety of music of different periods and styles from major choral works with orchestral accompaniment, to Christmas repertoire with organ and brass.
