Lo Stand Up Paddle. L’ideale è sicuramente acqua piatta in assenza di vento per le condizioni Flat e onda pulita in assenza di vento per le condizioni Wave. È preferibile non uscire in condizioni di vento da terra (Off Shore) dato che questo ci spinge a largo rendendo la navigazione molto difficile per il rientro in spiaggia. In alcune zone poi, le correnti possono essere pericolose perché portano verso il largo, vanno evitate. Non uscire mai con queste condizioni:. 2 Vento da terra. 4 Tuoni e fulmini.

Per navigazione marittima si intende il trasferimento di un mezzo galleggiante da un punto A (partenza) ad un punto B (destinazione), in massima sicurezza ed economia. Si usa anche l’espressione Point to Point abbreviata PtP. Lo Stand Up Paddle. L’incidenza della pala in acqua deve essere minima per permettere alla pala di scorrere sull’acqua e non affondare. Non bisogna fidarsi ciecamente del sostegno, ma utilizzarlo solo quanto basta per ristabilire l’equilibrio compromesso. Queste manovre vanno eseguite correttamente e velocemente. Lo Stand Up Paddle. Il leash va allacciato o alla caviglia o al ginocchio, i Supper Regular lo legano sulla caviglia destra, i Goofy su quella sinistra. È irrilevante se usato su una o altra caviglia/ginocchio, per chiarezza va posto sulla gamba che rimane sul tail della tavola.
