July 22, 2015. August 5, 2015. Day 10: Ferry from Prince Rupert to Port Hardy. This day we took a ferry from Prince Rupert to Port Hardy, most of the way down the Canadian coast. We knew it was going to be a long day but we were all pretty comfortable. We had to be in line for the ferry at 5:30am and would set sail at 7:30am. This was a small First Nation (native) town. July 27, 2015. August 5, 2015. Last and Final Day in Canada. Are you glad our vacation is over? We were, too, but we had so much fun and it was actually kind of nice being sort of unplugged for 2 weeks. The cool thing was we saw a submarine going out of the harbor. I’ve never seen a commissioned submarine before. Sorry there’s no pictures, it was super far away. LOTS of ducks to feed. Super pretty lily pads, most of which were just blooming. Peacocks, all over the park. There are lots of totem poles.
