Life with 2 amazing boys. Monday, May 12, 2008. Had a scan last week! It was so great to see! And of course, he or she has a nice, strong heartbeat in the 160s. I was 11w0d and the baby measured 11w6d. So everything is looking great so far. We have our anomaly scan scheduled for June 24th in Iowa City and should be able to find out the gender of the baby then. I'll be 2 days shy of 19 weeks. So that appointment is only 6 weeks away! I'm 12w4d today and already closing in on the second trimester.

Life with 2 amazing boys. Tuesday, July 15, 2008. I just found out today that I won a scholarship! I go to accept it on Thursday! Saturday, July 5, 2008. 4th of July* *. After the parade we had lunch at my mom's house and the kids played outside. We came home and Micah took his nap and played some more. We went on a walk and then it was time to head to Donnellson for the 4th of July parade there. Micah waved to everyone and said "Hi", waved his flag and picked up TONS of candy! Wednesday, January 7, 2009. Hope everyone's holidays were fun and safe. We spent the holidays in Omaha for the most part with both sides of our families. Now that the new year has started it is time for those dreaded resolutions! I try not to make any hard core or unattainable resolutions but I did make a couple. Our second child, Logan Alexander, was born 4 days early on November 16, 2008 at 3:27 pm weighing in at a whopping 9 lbs 10.1 oz! Yes, that is a whole 3 pounds more than his big brother, Micah, weighed! We were all surprised, but it is really fun to have 2 kids that are so different!
