What is Klinefelter's Syndrome (KS). A genetic disorder in males caused by having one or more additional X chromosomes. Klinefelter's syndrome is named after Harry F. Klinefelter (cline-felter) who first described the syndrome in the USA in 1942. What is a Mosaic/Mosaicism? KS is estimated to be found in 1 in 1000 (0.1%).
