Ian Han: Major Trip part 2: Venice, Italy
http://ian-han.blogspot.com/2007/05/major-trip-part-2-venice-italy.html
Thursday, May 24, 2007. Major Trip part 2: Venice, Italy. V for Vienna and Venice! Finally my big V-Trip is over. Allow me to introduce Venice. Venice. A great Vacation to Visit. Great Value for money even though prices here can be Viciously expensive. Venice. That's all the V I have out of my Vocabulary. We even saw american tourists doing their own makeshift accapella performance by the streets to finance their further travel plans in venice. No, not this narrow. Its just us using a shortcut. This narr...

Ian Han: Salzburg Trip
http://ian-han.blogspot.com/2007/04/salzburg-trip.html
Sunday, April 29, 2007. Piece of advice for exchange students in Munich: Drop by Salzburg for a day or two! Even you're not a Mozart fan or dying to look for happening clubs in Salzburg until you realised that Salzburg lacks the action for night life, just buy a damn Bayern ticket(27 Euros for max 5 ppl) and the train for 2 hours only! No way you could miss a UNESCO certified city which is so near to Munich. 1) Festung Hohensalzburg (Salzburgs fortress). The fortress from the square. If your Salzburg tri...

Ian Han: Dachau Concentration Camp
http://ian-han.blogspot.com/2007/05/dachau-concentration-camp.html
Tuesday, May 1, 2007. Concentration Camp. The perfect sign of Nazi's attrocities. A small peaceful little town's reputation was forever changed by this establishment. No, it's not a mass-orgy. This art piece represents the heap of dead bodies (Jews, French, Gypsies, Homosexuals. list goes on) that were left exposed when the crematarium became too busy. All thanks to 1 man who visioned a better Germany for his future. For photos on what me, Mario and Reuben saw over there. Trips and Activities so far.

Ian Han: Kult Fabrik
http://ian-han.blogspot.com/2007/07/kult-fabrik.html
Tuesday, July 10, 2007. The moment we exited the S-Bahn station, we could see a large stream of young people heading towards a similar direction. There is even a sign for it. So much for spending 5 minutes to find directions to Kultfabrik in the Net before we left. It's unfortunate that I didn't bring my camera on that day, as my camera is bigger than the size of my palm. From that exact directory I saw at the entrance, I realised how huge is this place. It's like a city itself! It was a great and enjoya...

Ian Han: Major Trip part 3: Ruegen Island
http://ian-han.blogspot.com/2007/05/major-trip-part-3-ruegen-island.html
Wednesday, May 30, 2007. Major Trip part 3: Ruegen Island. I can update my Ruegen Trip blogpost. Thanks to Chong Wee for compiling and burning all the photos by the rest and I. He even did a nice cover for us. There's the regular 4 of us. The train towards our last stop was only 2 carriages long. This shows how remote Ruegen Island is. 4 of us met in the subway station before we meet the rest at 6 am. So our trip went without a hitch. Is this pespective trick? Hmm maybe there's no trick afterall. Btw...

Ian Han: I'm not dead yet
http://ian-han.blogspot.com/2007/08/im-not-dead-yet.html
Tuesday, August 21, 2007. I'm not dead yet. Who says this blog is dead? It's a shame that I drop by into my blog lately, just for the links to my friends' blogs. Then, I've discovered most of my exchange kaki's blogs either not updated, defunct, or locked. Tsk. tsk. My camera has been giving me many problems, so no pictures in this post. Sorry. A quickie update on after I flew back from Munich. Flew to Alor Setar to pray for my late uncle. Suffered jet lag from the earlier flight again. Im not dead yet.

Ian Han: Muenster Revisited
http://ian-han.blogspot.com/2007/06/muenster-revisited.html
Friday, June 15, 2007. We rented a car once again. Only 100 Euros for 1 whole weekend with GPS included. But, this time, it was a 1.3 Daihatsu Sirion. So, Autobahn thrills were severely limited. Luckily, in Europe, when the traffic lights turned from red to green, the yellow light will flash first. So, I could start doing the balancing trick of the clutch before it turns green, or I had more time to start my engine if the engine died. The only thing I'm proud of during this driving trip. We visited Eagle...

Ian Han: Remainder of road trip
http://ian-han.blogspot.com/2007/07/remainder-of-road-trip.html
Wednesday, June 13, 2007. Remainder of road trip. This is my first backdated update, it has been 4 weeks. So, remembering what happened is pretty hard now* *. Driving up these mountains towards Grindelwald was a new awesome experience for Kat definitely. Even if I didnt get to drive that day, checking out sceneries was also an awesome experience. Halfway up there, we stopped by to take some pictures after we couldnt bear to miss such scenery. We learnt not to worry so much about that. This was how high w...

Ian Han: 1 Week update
http://ian-han.blogspot.com/2007/07/1-week-update.html
Sunday, July 15, 2007. Just a short post, because I should be studying. =). We had barbecue among all the NUS students somewhere in front of my room. From the picture, you can see roughly the number of NUS students in Munich, well expect for the 2 at the upper right. At least, theres Reuben to feed him halal potato chips. Overall, it's good leh. Everyone enjoyed it, according to their blogs. You're welcome everyone! I guess Nuremberg has a huge Turkish community as well. Look at this Shisha shop. Konstan...
