Asymp; 11 Comments. Almost fell off my chair when I read this notification. My poor, dusty, neglected blog turned 7 years old. It is not that the world, or life in general, was ever easy, but right now it is particularly complicated, and difficult to understand or deal with. And there is no escape anywhere, nowhere to run to and suspend belief in. Instead of running on love and hope, we’re running out of them. How sad. Happy anniversary, blog! I am Mina. I chose the name Kmina because it sounds like “caminar”, which in Spanish means “to walk, to cover a distance”. Or better yet, 37). I met the love of my life in January 2006 and married him five months later, in June. Shortly after that, we moved here and there in Europe and finally settled down in Germany.
