Meals in the house in half term have to tick the following boxes: -. Can I make it for under 14 propoints a portion and not feel ridiculously hungry if I give myself that portion? Can I ensure that it features full fat everything, no/low salt or sugar and that it is holdable for Roo? 60g half fat crème fraîche.

Another fairly recent discovery in my blog reading is Family Friends Food. Where Helen shares her great Jewish recipes, including this rather tempting recipe for Stuffed Aubergines. Another excellent thing about it is that it makes two delicious portions for Roo and she devours it with gusto - the aubergine softens and all bar the skin is really easy for her to eat.

I'm sorry but if anyone has told you that they have the ultimate summery pasta for you. they are wrong. THIS is the ultimate summer pasta. The dressing is vibrant and summery and it has a good whack of garlic to compliment the fresh herbs and pepper. This is quite loosely based on this Delia Smith recipe. 12 green peppercorns, crushed in a pestle and mortar. 3 garlic cloves, crushed.
