Knit and Play with Fire. Veggie Annie’s Texas Black Bean Hummus. 5 cloves garlic, peeled. 1 fresh jalapeno, halved and carefully seeded. 2 15-ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsed. 2 1/2 teaspoons cumin. 1 tablespoon live oil. 6 tablespoons cider vinegar. If you find yourself without a fresh jalapeno, substitute some green bell pepper and about 1/4 teaspoon of cumin,). My change, I would only spread the sour cream over the dip if using it as a dip or serve it on the side.). Recipe from Veggie Annie.

Jane the Virgin is a delight. And if you haven't watched any Great British Bake Off now is the time to start 2 hours ago. You’re not seeing things. There are so many cobwebs and so much dust on this blog that I might need an allergy pill before I’m done. Yikes. Blogs are dead they say, but eff those people (I might be one of them). I still have a need to document my sewing though and there’s no Ravelry for quilting and I quit my day job and I just reopened the shop. So, uh. Hi! 10 Comments ». Blogs will ...

http://caffeinatedyarn.blogspot.com/2015/03/gnomes.html
Monday, March 09, 2015. I'm months late in posting this, but Erik's gnome Christmas stocking is one of my favorite knitting projects to date. I started it on a whim one night so that I'd have something to knit while watching Guardians of the Galaxy. So funny and cute), and ended up totally addicted to the colorwork and wee gnomes. Monday, August 20, 2007. I'm not crazy about how this yarn is working with the Monkey sock pattern. My husband says that the striping looks like spinach lasagne. Beguiled: In the interest of full disclosure
http://beguiledknitter.blogspot.com/2007/07/in-interest-of-full-disclosure.html
Monday, July 30, 2007. In the interest of full disclosure. Just so we all know what we are dealing with here, this is my sock yarn stash. I pulled it out yesterday to photograph it for Ravelry. It may be that I have this delusion that I have more free time than I actually do, but I always think that I will knit mountains of socks and sweaters and purchase accordingly. I know it could be worse, but I have a small house and my stash is threating to take over. From left to right: Lisa Souza. 144 inches of i...
Beguiled: Potholders!
http://beguiledknitter.blogspot.com/2010/04/potholders.html
Wednesday, April 14, 2010. We spent Easter with my family in Michigan, and when we got back, I had these beautiful potholders waiting for me! I have to admit that I opened them before we even brought our bags in from the car. I had been waiting all week to get home so I could see what I had received. I couldn't be happier with the potholders I got in the swap, and I'm reinspired to start crocheting more potholders. I see an order of cotton classic in the near future!
