Monday, February 28, 2011. Ballet Leg-Warmers Knitting Pattern. My leg warmers are finished! I searched online for patterns and didn't find one that I liked enough to use, so I made one up as I went. Below is my pattern. Since this was my first run at it, it was not perfect. There are changes I will make for my next pair and I have commented on these steps. 2- 3 oz Lion Brand Yarn Wool-Ease Sport Weight Yarn. 1- 16" No. 8 Circular needle (5.0mm). I used a piece of a different colored yarn tied in a loop.
