Saturday, 23 December 2006. The knitting is over - until I choose what to make next, or resurrect from the naughty corner! The wrap is finished, blocked, and I just need to weave the ends in before it is delivered tomorrow. What a blooming relief! Thursday, 17 May 2007. I received my "Summer Holiday Secret Santa Swap" parcel today! My lovely gift was unwrapped far too quickly to photograph the wrapping, so you'll have to make do with the even better contents! There is a gardening theme, which connects with summer in the name of the swap, and even the yarns have floral connections - the Kid Merino is called Nasturtium, and the Artisan Merino Lace is called Hyacinth. Tuesday, 29 May 2007. I've been really good - had another sort out and tidy up of my yarns, and have decided that the only thing I may need to buy is baby yarn.
