The Knot opens their busy summer season of shows on P.E.I. this Sunday, July 2, 8:00 pm, at The Guild in Charlottetown. Tickets are $10, and $6 for seniors and students. Children twelve and under are free. Call 620-3333 for reservation. Bar service is available. Jacqueline Sorensen on keyboard and accordian, and Genevieve Mullally on tuba and accordian, fill out the instrumentation and vocal harmonies.

The summer is halfway gone, and that means there are only eight more chances to catch the always-on-the-go The Knot live in concert. Look for them at the following venues in August. Stanley Bridge Women's Institute Hall, Wednesdays August 2,9,16,23,30 at 7:30 pm. St Peter's Courthouse Theatre, Monday August 14 at 8:00 pm. The Guild in Charlottetown, Sundays August 20, 27 at 8:00 pm. Three more to go!

The Knot.twisting traditions. Wednesday, August 30, 2006. Wednesday, August 30, marks the last chance to see The Knot perform live in its current formation. The band, which currently consists of Amanda Mark, Laurie Murphy, Mark Carr-Rollitt, Jacqueline Sorensen, Genevieve Mullally, and Allison Ling, will perform their final show of the season at the Sterling Women's Institute in Stanley Bridge, P.E.I. Tuba, accordion, percussion, vocals, bass) will return to UPEI to work on her degree in Music Education.
