With the whole "RAW" craze going on I was bound to end up eating something deemed raw eventually, but I was pleasantly surprised that, That something was absolutely delicious! It was a brownie of all things and the best brownie I have ever had.Seriously! My sister in-law is the one who concocted this lovely desert ( you can visit her blog here. 1/2 walnuts (or your fave nut). 1/4 unsweetened peanut butter.

I just harvested my rhubarb and decided to make rhubarb syrup. It is sweet and delicious and something different than your every day sauce.
