WOW Women of Warrensburg Running and Walking Club: June 2009
http://womenofwarrensburg.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 26, 2009. I am gearing up to go ahead and run my first 1/2 marathon. I have put it off long enough. I have drawn up a training schedule (based on Hal Higdon's) and am going to try to post it here! Monday, June 22, 2009. Hey gals-I just read an interesting fact in Runner's World. If you lose more than 2 lbs during a workout, then you are officially dehydrated. Make sure you have enough water, juice, sports drinks if you run in the heat. Hope to see you on the road! http://womenofwarrensburg.blogspot.com/2011/01/start-anewagain.html
Wednesday, January 26, 2011. That being said - WOW is beginning a new chapter too! I am so excited about the new ideas and thoughts that came from our latest meeting. I think the joining together in running "teams" with one or two leaders is a great step forward in supporting new runners. And Pat's thoughts on "No Runner Left Behind" are great too say the least! January 26, 2011 at 7:27 PM. Also, Julie Lewis and Michelle Moore will be leading the group of fabulous ladies running Rock The Parkway! This is...

The KC Lewis Family: August 2009
http://thekclewisfamily.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
The KC Lewis Family. Saturday, August 22, 2009. Deb's Latest Update - 8/22/2009. Not much new has happened in the last couple of weeks. I did find out that my CT/PET scans on Monday revealed that the tumor we are getting ready to radiate has grown a little, but nothing substantial. The other tumors are unchanged, still assumed dead. So, very good news really! I guess they actually watch it disappear as they are doing it! Keep me in your thoughts and prayers for the next couple of weeks if you don't mind!

KP vs The Big C: 07/13/2014 - 07/20/2014
http://kellyp.blogspot.com/2014_07_13_archive.html
KP vs The Big C. Monday, July 14, 2014. Not so pretty: the healing process. I have lost all feeling in my breasts and my upper left arm, it actually is more painful for me to touch them because the not being able to feel hurts worse. One of my Zeta besties bought me the most comfortable outfit to hideout in, it has made this so much easier. In the picture I am holding the drain lines up underneath the shirt. Links to this post. KP vs The Big C. Saturday, July 05, 2014. It all started on April 30th, 2014, when I went to my yearly pap. I was laying on the table chatting about traveling and working with my doctor when she found a lump. She let me feel it, and asked if I had felt it before, unfortunately, I do not do my own breast self exams. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
