ktontheloose: November 2009
http://ktontheloose.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 18, 2009. Facebook gave me two crushing blows recently:. 1 Found out my little brother is "in a relationship." Um, thanks Andrew. Glad I could hear it from you. That makes me the one single kid in our family - again. Work with me Drew! 2 My Dad has more friends on Facebook than I do! Thursday, November 05, 2009. I visited the Nordstrom sale today. I'm still giddy just thinking about it. How I've missed shopping. I digress. I wouldn't mind wearing spandex either. Treading the fine line...

http://ktontheloose.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 21, 2010. And this is what I auditioned for today. The audition consisted of one minute solo dancing and one minute group dancing with two other people. One of the most hilarious and fun auditions ever. Do I want it because it pays well? Yes Am I scared I might actually get it because of these commercials? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Wednesday, April 14, 2010. I just bought them. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Treading the fine line between my 20's and 30's I moved to Chicago to "find new playgrounds and playmates" as my dad calls it. The temptation of actually making money as an actress sucked me right into the improv world of Chicago. Of course I've made no money as an actress but I've had a lot of fun trying. And I'm not finished quite yet. View my complete profile. The Playground 8:00 PM (Halsted and Belmont).

ktontheloose: Something's Different
http://ktontheloose.blogspot.com/2010/04/somethings-different.html
Monday, April 05, 2010. It's been a while. I'm getting tired of having to say that on this blog. With Facebook I've gotten to the point that I can't write anything longer than 120 characters without blowing up. I also can't read anything that holds my attention if it's longer than 120 characters. What is this world coming to? I just had my photos posted. They aren't anything special. I'm looking tanner than normal since they were taken right after Hawaii. When did my face get so chubby? I really enjoyed ...

ktontheloose: April 2010
http://ktontheloose.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 29, 2010. Is this what I think it is? My doctor swears it was a drawing to mark the tibula and two tendons. I think they were having some fun. This is what greeted me two days after surgery when I took off the bandages. Not even nail polish remover could make it go away. A Tale of Two Crutches. I am stubborn and vain and three city blocks is an effin' long way. But my eyebrows look good. Thursday, April 15, 2010. Cora Kathryn and Griffin Andrew McCroskey. We're all overwhelmed with joy.

ktontheloose: September 2009
http://ktontheloose.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Sorry for the log hiatus. After the most fun summer of my life it's time to get back to business! I also want to mention briefly that I've started writing a book. So far it's little vignettes from my life - humorous and truthful all at the same time. I'm sure it will include many embarrassing moments that cause the reader much pain. I'm not very far into it, but I think it's a good goal. I may use this blog to work out a few stories. I'll let you know how it goes. Good news...

History is Hell: The difference...
http://historyishell.blogspot.com/2008/02/difference.html
The adventures of a history adjunct and eventual PhD candidate. One thing I've noticed since starting my graduate program is the difference between the good professors and the bad ones. Bad is a little extreme. Inadequate is more apt. The good professors see and treat me as a peer. I don't know if it's because I also teach or because I am no longer in undergrad-land, but I am treated as a colleague, not a mere . student. Why did this come up? Sessions before the class meets for the week. Radio Guy di...
