Matrix template

Matrix template is C header file. Template is usable especially in 3D rotations. I have used this with gcc (in Linux). It is used also with Borland C 5.5 compiler (in Windows), but I can't remember was it compilable as such. Compiler needs to understand namespaces, exceptions and templates (gcc 2.95.5, Borland C 5.5 or newer will). In short, compiler should follow C standard. Hmm, check Cloth 3D simulation.
