I have trained for the past 3 months, ran over 230 miles, woke up early, bared the winter elements, raised over $200, and suffered minimal pain . . . until about 2 weeks ago! Wednesday, December 30, 2009. No WATER . . . Monday morning I was off work because I have to use my vacation or I lose it! Sunday, I decided to build a fire fir the first time all winter because it was freezing in my place. I didn't think much of it until I had the fire going and bees starting flying around my place! Wednesday, January 06, 2010. I have had this re-occurring pain that started my senior year of college. He recommends taking Aleve an hour or two before any runs and that I can get a shot closer to the actual race. He does not recommend getting a shot often but it can be a short term fix to help with the pain.
