Like them, I'm currently using the bundled TW service (cable TV, internet, phone) and I'm really thinking the phone (in particular) is a Bad Deal. So, I think it's time to go unbundled VOIP. Usually, we try and at least call on birthdays, but if the calls don't make it through, a message is left and there's usually not a retry. I don't know why we don't talk more - I always like talking to them, but it never seems to happen. But it just seemed strange and wonderful to have an unanticipated reunion on a random January day.
