Kristen and Matt's first "near" miss occurred in 1983 when she was living in Cranford, NJ and he moved a mere 77 miles away to Stony Brook, NY. Kristen however, soon took off for Florida. It wouldn't be until 15 years later that they would be "reunited" in Gainesville at the University of Florida. But it wasn't to be. they never met there either! Some of you probably remember that. St George Island beach is about 80 miles from Tallahassee, FL, and about 75 miles from Panama City, FL. The best way to get to St. George Island is by flying into either of these cities, each less than two hours from the island. The closest major airport is Jacksonville, but you're looking at about a 5 hour drive. The best bet is probably Tallahassee (airport: TLH).

Late fall wedding in bristol. Wednesday, December 31, 2008. November 23, 2008. We had a magical day with our family and friends. Tuesday, December 30, 2008. Mike and I arrived in RI on Thursday to get ready. Laura flew in Friday morning and the parents starting arriving Friday night. We did a walk-through on Friday with our Lynn, at Linden Place. Besides running around, dropping off bags and picking up dresses, we finished up all the details just minutes before rehearsal dinner! Friday, December 19, 2008.
