I have continued to stick with the 6 week boot camp, squat and push up bootcamp and the C25K. I weighed in this morning and was pleased to see I was down -2.2 pounds! Here is how I keep track of it all. Above is my calendar I have been following. Well, it's like this: Your fat cells start to lose weight, but they don't want to. so they start hoarding water, right (i.e. water weight)? And then after a while, you lose that too. Now, the thing is. this can happen several times over the course of your weight loss. Most people, when they start a low carb diet, or any diet really, they get a huge woosh. Of water weight off the top. Why is that? I'm done with that!

Måndag 15 december 2014. Det kom ingen Lucia, men 2 tomtar kom istället. Nästa dag kom Beatrice och vi bakade pepparkakshus. Det bästa vi gjort. Lördag 6 december 2014. Man gör en kon av kycklingnät och klär den med grankvistar. Luvan formar man med mossa och lindar fast med lite tråd. Vit mossa till skägg och en röd näsa av en röd boll. Fredag 14 november 2014. Jag har så många gamla fina monogram på örngott som bara låg i linneskåpet och ingen såg.Nu har jag ramat in dom och hängt upp dem på väggen.
