A Gathering Under the Oaks 2015. Appraiser Violet Vaughnes (left above) has once again agreed to appraise quilts at the 2015 quilt show. She received her certification as an appraiser of quilts in 2006 from the American Quilter’s Society (AQS) and has done extensive study in antique textiles and contemporary-type quilts.
