Friday, September 24, 2010. Well it's about time that I filled you all in on the rest of our summer. To start off we happily played host for two weeks to Chad's parents in July. We all had such a great time, watching parades, climbing mountains riding Gondolas, riding roller coasters and taking road trips. All in all it was lots of fun and a little tiring! Wednesday, April 29, 2009. As most of you have heard me complain the weather here has been a bit chili lately. Anyway Georgia and Mika just don't have enough fur to keep them warm on trips to the park. I just couldn't get over how cute they looked on our last trip to the park! Saturday, April 20, 2013. We had a fun Spring Break adventure of camping down the Oregon Coast. Thanks to Jason's tarp set-up we stayed mostly dry during the downpours! This was taken at Cape Disappointment before we crossed into Oregon. Joshua has been studying about Lewis and Clark this year at school, so we made quite a few Lewis and Clark stops along our adventure. Jason and I at the Astoria Column. It was quite a view from the top and a little windy! Im so excited to see a post! Some people we know.

Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Tuesday night Tire Troubles. Well my night started of pleasant. Enough. On Tuesdays. Carl comes over to hang out with me. Tonight we had a special project we put together a wooden fighter jet. No easy task let me tell you but we both liked it and I am sure anyone would agree that the final product looks pretty impressive! Because the hole was in the side wall it didn't work soooo. Sunday, May 3, 2009. For anyone who hasn't heard, My Mom is coming to visit on Saturday. I just can't wait. The last time my mom was out here was 5 years ago. This is a much needed visit too, it's amazing that no matter how old you get you will always need your Mom (and Dad too! D) I think it will be the first time in 8 years that I will see my Mom on Mother's Day. May 3, 2009 at 7:32 PM. Have a wonderful time with her. May 10, 2009 at 1:30 PM. A peek into my life. Saturday, November 27, 2010. There isn't anything sweeter on this planet than a new baby smile. Callen is so sweet, he has started taking little breaks while he nurses to smile at me. Melt my heart! I can't believe he's almost a month old. He's such a good baby - except when he's hungry! He usually only wakes up once at night - he's so sweet that once I'm awake and out of bed, I don't even mind. Sometimes I even catch myself snuggling a little longer than I'd like at 3am!

Thursday, July 16, 2015. One of my favorite things about Nova Scotia is how close we are to the ocean. I can't say that I get there as often as I like, but today was WONDERFUL. As I looked out over the gentle waves today I was filled with gratitude for this beauty part of nature. Karen and Olivia invited me to beach with them and wow does miss Olivia love the beach! It was a great time. Also this month I've done some sewing.quilts, pillow cases, and bibdanas. I've enjoyed some card making too.
