It's Now or Never. Friday, September 9, 2011. I gave Emma tickets to see Taylor Swift in concert at the Tacoma Dome for her birthday back in June. The concert was this week and she had a fabulous time. Here are some pictures from the event. Her friend Alexis was able to come with us. They wore matching outfits. Emma bought herself a T Shirt, which she wore to school the next day. Sung her heart out all night long! Emma took lots of pictures with her camera. We got there early and had dinner.

Fourth Time’s A Charm! Our little bundle of fun. For those of you that haven’t read my personal blog: I do have to have the “lump” taken out of my right breast. They found out that it is an abscess and the thought of having surgery sucks, however the pain being gone is an exciting thought. We have stayed up watching TV and chatting and the little guy is still sleeping. It would make sense since I’m not sleeping too right? JD just woke up. 5 hours and 45 minutes, it’s a record people! Monday, May 2, 2011. Remnants of Connor's 2nd birthday cake. Connor wearing my robe. He was obsessed for a while. The following are photos of our big Baltimore snowstorm this year and the fun we had playing in it since daddy got the day off work. Roads couldn't get cleared so it was super dangerous out there. The Shumway Family est. 1992. Thursday, August 7, 2008. San Diego was a BLAST! Thanks to my sister CERISE we headed to San Diego last week for a quick vacation before school started. We stayed in a condo right on the beach and it was so much fun! We also took the kids to Lego Land on Thursday for Emma's 6th Birthday. Thursday, July 4. Why I bother going to the 4th Parade. Even on my scooter, it took a half hour to go the 4.6 miles to where my family was sitting. As the parade started I thought to myself: I enjoy spending time with my family, but.I don't love parades. What was so great about the parade? Why didn't I remember this before driving all the way here? Don't get me wrong, I love the fourth and I love my country and celebrating it in the evening is the BEST! But yeah, you know what I mean. This is why I come!
