It occurs to me that I haven't posted anything in awhile. Things have been a bit hectic lately so thats the word on my side. So I thought I would post up my top album of 2006. This is mostly for my own purposes. 1)The Arctic Monkeys - Whatever people say I am that's what I'm not. 4)Emily Haines - Knives Don't Have Your Back. 5)Hard-Fi - Stars of CCTV. 6)Morrissey - Ringleader of the tormentors. 7)The Arctic Monkeys - Who the Fuck are Arctic Monkeys (it's an ep but I don't care). 10)Jarvis Cocker - Jarvis.

Fridays are the best days for quotes than other days. Bobby: Dan Adam you know about my Condoleeza Rice fetish. Adam: I didn't need that! Bobby: So if you ever find her panties on Ebay I'll buy them, I'd sniff them.(he was laughing this was at least partially joking). Me: Dude, they're boxer briefs! From a totally seperate conversation about Conrad being late, and Stuart had joked he was out partying, somehow we got into our heads that he was at a rave. Bobby: No not unless they were made of suasage.

So the purpose of this mostly blog cum travelogue with an intent on updating my family on the goings on in my world now that I am an expat living a decent distance from home. This also saves me the relatively tedious process of e-mailing out pictures and updates which always leaves me forgetting someone’s e-mail address. Posted by D @ 9:48 AM. Electronica that doesn't disappoint live or Daniel attends Massive Attack. Why bring all of this up you ask? If there is one thing you can always count on from a techno show its great visuals and Massive Attack did not disappoint. Although it took them awhile, they overcame the venue and a crowd with little to know exposure beyond ‘Angel’ and ‘Teardrop’ and won the day. Posted by D @ 9:02 AM. San Diego the mediocre. LA weekend and Marks Visit. S Christmas present. Then we dropped off Marks stuff at my place, picked up Mike and Jenn and headed for Fidels in Solana Beach for dinner. After dinner we hit Extrordinairy Desserts downtown and to my surprise I found that they had 'Diptyque' candles. Quiet night in mostly as Mark was exhausted. Not in the Queens English it's not. Mike and Jenn sans the Hollywood sign. Bad Hollywood sign picture. The courtyard at the Kodak Theatre. Posted by D @ 4:35 PM. Posted by D @ 11:17 AM.

Having a Lost in Translation moment. If I had to sum up my entire time in California so far I think I could do it with one quote from Slapshot. Denis Lemieux: Fuck. I lose my blouse. Jim Ahern: Shirt. shirt. I think it means you're Canadian if you understand that. Posted by D @ 10:03 AM. Shoot the runner fuck this town . Kasabian in San Diego. Posted by D @ 10:42 AM. I Daniel Gallagher of sound mind and body . for now. Interesting office humour for today was Bobby in his great patriotism decided to wish everyone a happy Fourth of July. This of course included the Marshal financial team which is located in London. Imagine wishing the Germans a happy D-Day. It really is funny and has got most of us laughing. The rest of the weekend should be some sort of mix of drinking and partying at the beach. I will have to hit up Pacific Beach. The complex from down the street.

I'll find a day to massacre them all . Or Daniel attends Shakespeare in San Diego. Written on them like the Roadrunner? Surely this would appease this barbarian of a director, who can rest safely in the knowledge that were there enough of Shakespeare bones remaining to spin in the grave they surely would. Oh but wait he did do that didn’t he? He had poor Lavinia now handless and tongue less yell ‘Hello! Posted by D @ 11:20 AM. Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.
